What data do we process?
- Account details: full name, company, phone, e-mail, an irreversible hash of the password.
- Usage data: sign-in time, IP address, browser information, plan usage counters.
- Project data: the drawings and images you upload and the projects you save.
- Communication and services: projects sent for expert review, notes and correspondence.
For which purposes and on which legal basis?
Opening your account and providing the service (formation and performance of the contract, KVKK art. 5/2-c); account security, prevention of abuse and account sharing (legitimate interest, art. 5/2-f); legal obligations, invoicing and record keeping (art. 5/2-ç); the expert review service when you request it (performance of the contract).
Who is your data shared with?
Your data is stored on the servers of [HOSTING PROVIDER AND LOCATION] in Türkiye/abroad. A project sent for expert review is shared only with the assigned expert. It is not shared with or sold to third parties except where required by law.
How long is it kept?
As long as your account is open, and after closure for the statutory retention periods. Database backups are kept for at most 14 days.
Cookies
Only an essential session cookie is used to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies. The tutorial video is not loaded from YouTube until you press play.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, correction or deletion, to know to whom it is transferred, to object and to claim compensation. Send your requests to info@otomatiksulama.net .
Security
Connections are encrypted with HTTPS; passwords are stored irreversibly; failed sign-in attempts are limited; only you (and the expert you send it to) can see your projects.
